Lead Generation & Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for loan products.
Explain various loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
Identify interested customers and forward leads to the sales team for follow-ups.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:-
Handle customer inquiries regarding loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach to build trust with customers.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure a high conversion rate.
Data Entry & Reporting
Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and customer responses.
Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Sales & Promotions
Promote the company’s loan products through telemarketing campaigns.
Educate customers about offers, benefits, and documentation requirements.

HikeQA provides expertise Quality Assurance Testing Services to ensure accurate functionality of Mobile and Desktop Applications, and website performance on varied gadgets.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Quantazone
Follow-up with Insurance companies to understand the claim's status - Initiate telephone calls or verify through payer websites or otherwise request the required information from insurance companies.
Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments and where needed, prepare appeal packets for submission to payers.
Based on the responses/ findings, make the necessary corrections to the claim, and re-submit/ refile as the case may be
Document actions taken into the claims billing system.
Meet the established performance standards daily.
Shift Timing: Night shift (US Shift) (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM IST)
Shift Days: Monday - Friday
