The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will be responsible for daily line analysis and actions. They will take the lead in resolving recurring issues on the line, monitoring corrections and preventions. The GET will coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues. They may need to visit suppliers to audit or support the resolution of critical issues. They will also be responsible for preparing Quality MIS reports.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily line analysis and take necessary actions.
• Lead the resolution of recurring issues on the line with monitoring of corrections and preventions.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Visit suppliers (on a need basis) to audit/support the resolution of critical issues.

Required Education/Qualifications:-

• B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute.
