• Graduate degree in commerce. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the related field in Govt. dep't./ Project or PSU or in audit works in CA firm empaneled by CAG.

Graduate in Management/ Rural Development/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Agriculture/ Social Science/ Horticulture/ Fisheries/ Food technology/ Mass-communication/ Economics/ Social Development/ Engineering/ Forestry/ Anthropology/ Agri business/ Commerce/ Psychology/ Science. (Experience not required for those who have these education qualification). OR Graduate in any discipline.
