Job Description
- Apprenticeship duration is of 6 months
- To support OPS team, especially in Field staff Bills verification, Field staff Attendance/ Tracking, field staff work Planning, ODI Sheet preparation, Fault follow up with customers etc. etc.
- To support the Billing & Receivable team in payment follow-ups.
- Handling activities required proactive monitoring such as 0 GPS, wrong DRS Direction etc. etc., overlooked faults- Customer complaint - Reports/data Analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product and service issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Record and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system.
- Provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
