Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving project success through your expertise in business analysis, project management, and process improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead elicitation sessions and workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to guide development teams. Utilize Jira for project tracking, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, providing insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Required Skills & Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Jira and familiarity with Azure SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure timely delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
