    Position : AGM - IT (Business Intelligence Lead)
    Location : New Delhi

    Responsibilities :
    - Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, understand their business requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.

    - Project Leadership : Lead data-related initiatives within the organization    , managing projects from initiation through to delivery.

    - Budget Management : Oversee the BI budgets, track expenditures, and provide quarterly financial updates.

    - BI Strategy : Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy that aligns with company goals and influences business decisions to enhance performance.

    - Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of BI/Data analysts, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.

    - Optimization : Utilize Oracle technologies to optimize data retrieval, analysis, and reporting processes.

    - Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust BI dashboards using Power BI/Power Apps.

    - ML/AI Implementation : Implement machine learning and AI technologies to drive automation and gain insights from data.

    Technical Skills :

    - Oracle Technologies : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle landscape (e.g. ADW - Autonomous Data Warehouse, Spark/Data flow, ODI - Oracle Data Integration, Object Storage, ETL etc.) in combination.

    - Power BI : Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or Power Apps.

    - Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) : Familiarity with ML and AI technologies, with the ability to apply them to drive automation and derive insights from complex data sets.

    - Data Warehousing : Experience in managing and maintaining data warehouses, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.

    Educational Qualifications :
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
    - A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
    - 15+yrs of related experience, experience of working in an FMCG environment is preferable.
