Job Responsibilities:
AutoCAD/Creo Knowledge: Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working with AutoCAD and Creo for engineering design.
Jigs and Fixtures: Plan, design, and implement jigs and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Time Study: Conduct time studies to determine optimal manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
Work Instructions & Job Breakdown: Create work instructions and job breakdown sheets for production.
Line Balancing: Apply knowledge of line balancing techniques to optimize the production flow.
Assembly Layout: Plan and implement assembly layouts for efficient production lines.
CNC Machining: Demonstrate understanding in CNC machining processes, including machine hour rate calculations.
Welding Specifications: Knowledge of MIG, TIG, laser continuous/spot, and spot welding specifications.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
Procurement Process & Coupa: Understand the procurement process and be proficient in creating PRs in Coupa.
Vendor Coordination & Negotiation: Coordinate with vendors and possess negotiation skills for procurement needs.
