· Installation of consumer energy meters and service cables at consumer premises.
· Installation of DT meters, SMC boxes, DT cables, and CT connections.
· Consumer awareness during meter installation.
· Coordination with GMR Supervisors, DISCOM Teams, and consumers as required.
· Material collection and deposition from warehouses to DISCOM premises.
· Daily material reconciliation.
· Updating installation data in the mobile application along with the meter replacement note.
· Site visits for O&M of smart meters.
· Any other duties related to meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in distribution or meter installation-related work.
· ITI (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
Other Requirements:
· 2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license.
· Smart Phone with android OS and 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the GMR App.
