• With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget
• Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other Accor Hotels Group properties

• Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans
• Convert sales leads
• Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions
• Solicit and close business according to established parameters
• Conduct familiarizations and site inspections
• Maintain a regular sales call pattern
• Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager

• Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns

• Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
• Work in line with business requirements

•Create Master data as per the CDT process : ERP – SAP

•Co-ordinate with the stake holder/requestor for clarification in create data.

•Create / Extend Materials in the correct plant and in the sales orgs as applicable.

•Create Assembly Bills of Material / Manufacturing BOM / Routing group assignment as appropriate.

•Run Data validation procedure, verify and correct the material master data as appropriate.

•Validate assembly BOM /data created , to ensure SAP BOM is in line with the drawing BOM and CDT process.

•Record errors and update the learnings to Knowledge base to aid team training and reference.

•Develop corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of errors.

•Work along with the Sr. team members to review and update the recommended changes to the material master.

•Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement important initiatives.

•Contribute to safety measures and company policies.

•Good communication skills.

•Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills.

•Good in understanding and reading drawing capabilities.

•Liaise with respective Stake holder and drawing offices.

•Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S.

• Create Vendor/Customer Master data as per the VMD process.

•Co-ordinate with the stake holder requestor for clarification in creating data.

•Create Vendor/Customer in MDM syndicate to MFGPRO- QAD / SAP.

•Extend Vendor/Customers to required company codes.

• Create Vendor/Customer Bank Data in SAP.

• Distribute the Vendor/Customers in MDM to appropriate ERP system.

•Run Data validation procedure, verify and correct the Vendor/Customer Master data as appropriate.

•Validate Vendor/Customer Documents for Vendor/Customer creation to ensure MFGPRO-QAD is in line with VMD process & Policies.

•Record errors and update the learning to Knowledge base to aid team training and reference.
