We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the .NET ecosystem and working experience in Java (Spring Boot). This role demands deep technical ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly and make things work in complex systems.

The engineer is expected to actively leverage AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, test coverage, and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• .NET & Backend Engineering (Core)
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and C#
• Build and maintain WPF applications using MVVM architecture
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles
• Debug and resolve complex functional and performance issue

• Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic
• Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet
• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen & Marketing Department. 
• Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget

• Should have 10+ years of staffing industry business development experience.
• Should have experience to manage 100+ employees team.
• Setting up, developing, and leading a global team of analytics consultants and business development experts.
• Developing a sales strategy-, and plan steering sales management.
• Client relationship strategy and management.
• Implementing a collaboration process between our Business Development and Sales Team.
• Hands-on business development and consultancy experience.
• Ensuring alignment of business/client/market requirements.
• Driving successful, analytics solutions and consultancy.
• Your mission is creating business pipeline in the above areas through cold calling and industry relationships.
