Responsibilities:-

 Set up: Load materials and tools, and ensure the machine is set up correctly for the job
• Operate: Run the machine to cut, shape, and form parts
• Monitor: Check the machining process and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect: Check the finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Troubleshoot: Identify and fix any problems with the machine, such as tool wear or programming errors

Job Description:-

1. Performed efficient tear down of previous setups through selective removal of unnecessary items.
2. Performed edge-breaking and de-burring operations as required per operational procedures.
3. Accurately located and verified proper tools and tool inserts for the operation of the prescribed CNC program.
4. Accurately read and interpret production prints, and measuring devices, and perform quality checks on products.
5. Gathered and measured parts as produced by CNC operations.
6. Examined completed work pieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces, and sorted defective ones.
7. Transferred commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules, using computer network links.
