Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end tour operations, including itinerary planning, bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
2. Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide timely support through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
3. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and travel partners to ensure seamless tour execution.
4. Handle booking confirmations, travel documentation, and customer communications efficiently.
5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, payments, and operational reports.
6. Follow up with clients regarding travel schedules, confirmations, and special requirements.
7. Monitor tour schedules and proactively address operational issues to ensure a smooth travel experience.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of travel services and customer support.
9. Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation related to tours and travel arrangements.
10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional assistance throughout the travel journey.
11. Support process improvements and contribute to the efficient management of daily tour operations.
12. Perform additional operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities as assigned.
