    Job Description:

    Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets.

    Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

    Sales Conversion: Convert potential leads into sales by understanding customer requirements, presenting the right products/services, and closing deals

    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system

    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

    Role Overview:

    As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, setting appointments, and educating potential clients about Just Dial’s offerings. You will act as the first point of contact and support the sales team in converting leads into successful partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make cold calls to potential clients to promote Just Dial’s services.
    • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Executives.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of JD services.
    • Maintain consistent follow-up and update CRM with client data.
    • Work 6 days a week from the office.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Undergraduate or graduate degree.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
    • Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
    • Self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
