We are looking for an experienced Talent Advisor to lead international hiring across South Africa and Europe, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and market‑aligned talent solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for international markets with country‑specific sourcing strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability, compensation, hiring timelines, competitor insights, and market feasibility.
- Build strong talent pipelines for Regulatory, Clinical, QA, PV, Market Access, and Biotech R&D roles.
- Conduct ongoing talent mapping and present quarterly dashboards, market trends, and talent heatmaps.
- Ensure global and local compliance (GDPR, data privacy, pharma hiring norms).
- Maintain Smart Recruiters hygiene with 100% audit readiness.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Mobility, TA CoEs, and global relocation partners.
- Deliver roles within SLAs using all sourcing channels and consultant networks.
- Support global projects (DEI, assessments, TA technology, process improvements).
