We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer - Computer Vision (Tech Lead) to lead our engineering team in delivering groundbreaking robotics projects. In this role, you will develop vision-based solutions and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and optimization of advanced computer vision algorithms (object detection, tracking, recognition) for robotics applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project goals are met on time.
• Deliver comprehensive projects from concept to deployment, adhering to quality benchmarks and timelines.
• Integrate computer vision solutions with machine learning models and robotic systems to enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless sensor integration and optimal real-time performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies into ongoing projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CSE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Robotics, or a related field.
