Key responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
2. Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews
4. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
5. Manage offer roll-out and joining process
6. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
