Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility requirements, tuition fees, and career opportunities.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and in-person inquiries related to admissions and enrollment processes.
3. Engage with prospective students and applicants to facilitate successful enrollment.
4. Maintain and update student data and interactions in CRM systems.
5. Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process.
6. Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, courses, and student services.
7. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
8. Participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
9. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
10. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
