Major Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and clients via telephone.
• Provide guidance and support in academic and career-related matters.
• Foster effective communication and relationships with learners and clients.
• Proven skills in student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Background in education or a related field.
• Ability to empathize with and effectively guide students.
