About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple brand websites based on business and revenue goals
2. Drive qualified organic traffic, leads, and conversions across all assigned brands
3. Plan and prioritise SEO activities brand wise to maximise impact and results
4. Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure timely implementation of fixes
5. Identify high intent keywords and optimise pages for lead generation and enquiries
6. Plan content calendars, topic clusters, and on page optimisation in coordination with the SEO writer
7. Review and approve all SEO content before publishing to ensure quality and intent alignment
8. Manage and guide the SEO executive and SEO writer for daily execution and timelines
9. Monitor website health including indexing, page speed, mobile performance, and crawl issues
10. Track SEO performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports
11. Optimise landing pages and service pages for improved organic conversion rates
12. Analyse competitor SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities
13. Create and maintain SEO SOPs and best practices across brands
14. Ensure all new pages and updates are SEO compliant before going live
15. Take complete ownership of organic performance and measurable outcomes
