Job description
The Sales Manager will drive sales strategy and execution, managing a portfolio of cruise liners. This role involves being part of a sales team while developing key client and partner relationships to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategy: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition and retention for cruise bookings. Align with sales targets set by sales heads.
Collaboration with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to implement region-specific promotions and campaigns to boost bookings
Relationship building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and other key stakeholders to expand our distribution network. Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences etc.
