About the job
A. Sales & Client Handling:
1. Respond to incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and reference networks.
2. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable domestic/international travel packages.
3. Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings.
4. Handle pre-sale and post-sale communication with clients professionally.
5. Maintain daily sales reports and updates in CRM/Excel.
B. Marketing Support:
1. Coordinate with the content team to post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
2. Create basic reels/stories using Canva/InShot (training provided if needed).
3. Share promotional offers, travel tips, and customer testimonials to attract more leads.
4. Help in running targeted WhatsApp campaigns and email follow-ups.
C. Vendor & Operations Support:
1. Communicate with hotel partners and suppliers when required for price checks.
2. Assist in basic itinerary creation using given templates.
