Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to build and own the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in initiating conversations, engaging prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound prospecting
Execute multi-channel outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling)
Identify and connect with key decision-makers across target accounts
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and workflows
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
Consistently follow up and nurture prospectsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an Outbound SDR / Sales role
Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline targets
Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and energetic on calls
Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
Process-oriented with good CRM discipline
High resilience and consistency in follow-ups
