We are hiring Relationship Officers (Field Officers) for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and AU Small Finance Bank. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, field visits, lead generation, and promoting banking and financial products.

• Generate new customers through field visits and local market activities.

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for banking products.

• Explain and promote suitable financial products and services.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Collect and verify required customer documents.

• Follow up with customers throughout the application process.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Minimum Graduate qualification preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the position.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products will be an advantage.

• Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
