Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP support and expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle ERP solutions.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation for workflows and user guides.
• Support change management initiatives and conduct user training sessions.
• Monitor ERP system performance and identify improvement areas.
• Stay updated on Oracle ERP enhancements and recommend relevant updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR,GL), SCM, or HCM.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions
• .Certification in Oracle ERP modules.
