We're looking for someone who can teach music, guitar, drums, and piano. The music side is straightforward; you'll teach guitar, drums, and piano to learners of different ages and levels. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to events, content, and brand work, depending on team needs and your interests.
If you're someone who doesn't enjoy doing just one thing and prefers a role where every week looks a little different, this might be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach guitar, drums, and piano to individual students and small groups across beginner to intermediate levels.
2. Design lesson plans and practice routines tailored to each student's pace, goals, and learning style.
3. Create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to experiment and grow.
4. Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods based on what works best.
