Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations. 5. Perform due diligence by reviewing title reports, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and related documents. 6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal and compliance-related documentation. 7. Provide legal advice and guidance to management and cross-functional teams on real estate matters. 8. Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to staff to promote legal awareness and compliance.
