Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture a pipeline of participants/leads for consumer research studies
2. Build and manage WhatsApp communities for ongoing research engagement
3. Coordinate with influencers and creators to onboard relevant consumer segments for studies
4. Drive community engagement to ensure active participation in surveys, interviews, and research activities
5. Maintain and update participant databases, trackers, and engagement reports
6. Ensure timely communication and high response rates from participants
