Job Description:-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural firm and support the design and execution of innovative building projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior architects, engineers and project managers to develop concepts, prepare drawings, and assist in various stages of project development. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for candidates eager to grow their technical skills and contribute to diverse architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Concept Development:

• Assist in developing architectural concepts based on client requirements, site context, and project feasibility.

• Create 2D and 3D drawings, design presentations, mood boards, and material boards.

• Research architectural trends, sustainable design approaches, and case studies to support design decisions.

• Contribute original design ideas under the guidance of senior architects.

2. Drafting and Technical Documentation:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.

• Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings as required.

• Assist in producing construction documentation, tender documents, and permit sets.

• Ensure that drawings meet local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
