We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in preparing the drawings, store layout, and plans in CAD for our upcoming & existing stores. You will work directly with the Projects Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.
We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, a big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic, and an incisive co-worker.
The ideal candidate:
1. Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
2. Understanding of the the store layouts
3. Should be able to read the technical drawings
4. Keen eye for detail
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to create BOQs and Manage vendors
7. Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments
Key responsibilities:
1. Creating technical drawings as per the specifications provided
2. Creating BOQs with respect to technical drawings.
3. Communicating with the Project Managers to understand the technical requirements
4. Submitting the drafts to the Senior Management for review
5. Reviewing and redrafting the drawings in coordination with the project's head

This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for candidates eager to grow their technical skills and contribute to diverse architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Concept Development:
Assist in developing architectural concepts based on client requirements, site context, and project feasibility.
Create 2D and 3D drawings, design presentations, mood boards, and material boards.
Research architectural trends, sustainable design approaches, and case studies to support design decisions.
Contribute original design ideas under the guidance of senior architects.
2. Drafting and Technical Documentation:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings as required.
Assist in producing construction documentation, tender documents, and permit sets.
Ensure that drawings meet local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
