Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inbound Sales Representative for a US-based hearing aid process. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales via phone and email. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound sales calls and emails from US clients

- Provide accurate product information and recommendations

- Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- 6+ months of experience in sales or customer service (US process preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable with night shifts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
