As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the right talent for implementing technology solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills:-
• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT skill sets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle client relationships
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Sound understanding of the entire recruitment process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities:-
• Identify and understand the hiring needs of the company
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and social media
• Review and shortlist resumes and applications
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
