    We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team at VAPSNEST. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the right talent for implementing technology solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

    Qualifications And Skills:-
    • 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
    • Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions
    • Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT skill sets
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively handle client relationships
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
    • Sound understanding of the entire recruitment process
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

    Roles And Responsibilities:-

    • Identify and understand the hiring needs of the company
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and social media
    • Review and shortlist resumes and applications
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
