    The Head of IT will oversee the Information Technology function, ensuring the effective use of technology to support the organization’s strategic objectives in the EPC domain. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of IT services, infrastructure, and systems, aligning IT st    rategy with the company’s business goals, and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of all IT-related activities across all departments and projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    IT Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals and the specific requirements of the EPC industry.
    • Plan for the adoption of new technology solutions, digital transformation, and innovation to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Forecast IT infrastructure needs based on the growth and future demands of the organization.

    ERP and Systems Management:
    • Oversee the deployment, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific solutions) that support project management, procurement, engineering, and financial functions.
    • Ensure seamless integration between various enterprise systems to support effective project execution and management.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of business processes through IT systems.

    Infrastructure Management:
    • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud solutions, networking, and communication systems.
    • Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems and services to support both office operations and field operations in remote locations.
    • Ensure proper IT support for geographically distributed project sites, ensuring field teams have the necessary technical tools and resources.
