You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the innovation and functionality of our cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities
• Setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks within an organisation or between organisations
• You'll offer support to users, who can be staff, clients, customers and suppliers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to hardware systems.
• Implement security measures to protect network hardware.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Collaborate with other engineers to optimize network architecture.
• Document hardware configurations and maintenance procedures.
• Design, install, and maintain computer hardware systems.
• Configure and optimize network systems for performance and security.
• Perform regular hardware and network audits and upgrades.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks.
