- Lead the pre-opening phase, ensuring timely and successful hotel launch aligned with brand standards and ownership expectations.
- Work closely with ownership, project teams, designers, and corporate stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and critical milestones.
- Oversee pre-opening budgets, CAPEX planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency and financial discipline.
- Ensure readiness of all operational areas through structured pre-opening plans, checklists, and timelines.

- Lead
and coordinate activities of the MEP (Electromechanical & Plumping)
Engineering teams
- Manage
a unit of individual teams in Electrical & Mechanical by establishing
appropriate work plans and priorities consistent with the overall
Engineering goals and targets.
- Work
closely with MEP team /consultants to integrate Mechanical Electrical
& Plumbing concepts suitable for the projects and reviews the
consultant outputs
- Act
as Liaison between Engineering Management and Facility Management Leaders
coordinating the efforts and work tasks for all MEP engineering works.
- Lead
and supervise MEP Engineering units and subunits work tasks that’s
classified into:
Electrical Power & systems (switchgear HV, switchgear LV, Transformers, Generators, Motors, Power Cables, UPS, etc), Air-conditioning (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Air Ducts etc), Utility Lines Networks (Potable Water, Fire Water, Chilled Water, Storm & Drainage, Fuels, etc) - Review
and approve the MEP engineering design, analysis, technical
specifications, Diagrams, design drawings and tender documents.
- Work
with management to assign, perform, oversee and schedule work tasks and
meet cost objectives.
- Provide
leadership to the MEP team and set performance standards.
