🔹 Machine Operation
Operate and monitor machines like mixing units, calendaring equipment, tyre building machines, and curing presses.

🔹 Production Assistance
Support senior operators with loading raw materials, feeding them into machines, and unloading finished products.

🔹 Quality Control
Inspect products for defects and report issues to maintain high-quality standards.

🔹 Machine Maintenance
Perform basic upkeep—cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report faults to the maintenance team.

🔹 Troubleshooting
Assist in identifying and resolving basic equipment and process issues.

🔹 Record Keeping
Accurately log production data, material usage, and machine performance.

🔹 Housekeeping
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
