2. Promote suitable insurance plans based on customer needs and financial goals
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through lead generation and follow-ups
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support
5. Ensure proper documentation, policy processing, and regulatory compliance (IRDAI norms)
6. Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and company guidelines
7. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
8. Welcome freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
