Job Description – Financial Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business growth through effective financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial activities
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
• Develop and improve internal financial controls and processes
• Support tax filing, payroll, and statutory compliance activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
