Position: Relationship officer/senior relationship officer
Channel: Direct Vertical
Company - Bharti Axa Life Insurance
Location: Lucknow
Experience - Min 1- 3 years of experience in BFSI or life insurance sales.
Age - up to 38 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform direct channel sales
2. Directly sell life insurance to customers.
3. Generate leads via fieldwork & cold calling.
4. Meet sales targets through personal selling.
5. Maintain follow-up, documentation & customer service.
6. Report to the branch sales manager regularly.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in Life Insurance would be an added advantage.
2. Ability to motivate and drive performance
3. Proficiency in local market understanding and networking
