Job Description:-

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Report Preparation & Presentation:
   Collect, analyze, and summarize sales data to prepare and present detailed reports to the reporting manager and management team when needed.
2. Sales Execution:
   Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries and providing effective solutions to challenges.
4. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
   Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive steel products and their applications, offering expert consultation to clients.
5. Sales Quotes & Presentations:
   Prepare accurate quotes and compelling presentations for clients, assisting the team in closing sales and meeting targets.
6. Market Research & Reporting:
   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Regularly report on market conditions, sales activities, and opportunities to the team.
7. Sales Targets & Forecasting:
   Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Track and forecast sales performance to ensure consistent growth and profitability, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
9. Problem Resolution:
   Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
