Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organize corporate events, seminars, conferences, cultural events, and promotional activities.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
3. Prepare event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.
4. Manage event logistics such as venue booking, decor, catering, audio-visual arrangements, and transportation.
5. Promote events through marketing and social media channels.
6. Supervise event setup, operations, and dismantling.
7. Handle guest invitations, registrations, and attendee management.
8. Ensure events run smoothly and resolve any issues during the event.
9. Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.
10. Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
