Engineering Business Development and Marketing Associate

TERAWATT Engineering, LLC is a U.S. based consulting firm specializing in Substation and Transmission & Distribution engineering. We are currently hiring a remote, Engineering Marketing and Business Development Associate to support our U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and identify U.S. utility and other energy project opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, qualifications, and RFP responses
• Research client, develop outreach strategies, and maintain CRM entries
• Support LinkedIn campaigns, presentations, and basic marketing collateral
• Coordinate with engineering and executive teams for timely submissions

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Business and Marketing
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
