We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales operations in Udaipur, India. - Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies that identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion across all market segments
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing sales team by providing coaching on negotiation, communication, and closing techniques; conduct regular performance reviews and foster a supportive, inclusive work environment
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; prepare detailed market segment action plans and handle complex sales inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Manage sales contracts, proposals, and agreements; ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market data, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and competitive advantage in service offerings
- Set, monitor, and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs); prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reports for senior management
- Oversee budget management and P&L responsibility for the sales division; allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Build and scale sales operations infrastructure, including systems, processes, and tools; implement CRM solutions and sales management programs to enhance team productivity
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies; identify and champion innovative approaches to sales and business development
- Provide transparent feedback and coaching to team members; develop talent pipelines and create career advancement opportunities within the sales organization
