Key responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems accurately
Perform reference checks by contacting previous employers and recording feedback
Handle documentation like offer letters, joining forms, ID proofs, and employee records
Support onboarding process including collecting documents and coordinating joining formalities
Ensure proper filing and digital storage of all HR records
Assist in interview scheduling and candidate data management
Update attendance, leave, and basic employee details in the system
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
