Supervisor manages a team responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely delivery, while also overseeing inventory and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of distribution technicians/staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to company policies.

2. Motivate and support team members, provide regular feedback, and identify areas for development and training. 

3. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work. 

4. Secure Meters Limited is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as DT Supervisor. 

Additional Information:

• Gender: Only male candidates are eligible for this role.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day.
• Bike with Driving Licence is mandatory.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Secure Meters Limited is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as DT Supervisor. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: 12/ITI / Diploma
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must own a Bike.
  • Must possess a valid Driving Licence.

Training will be provided to all selected candidates for meter installation.

Contract Details:

• Contract Period: 18 Months
• Employee Notice Period:
  • Within the first 6 months of joining: 15 Days
  • After 6 months: 1 Month
