Job Description

We are hiring Customer Sales Specialists (CSS) for a field sales role. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Explain products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain regular customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Participate in local market activities and promotional campaigns.

Salary & Earning Opportunity

• First Month Earnings: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 (Approx.)
• From 2nd Month: ₹30,000+ (Performance Based)
• Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹15,200
• Salary Date: 1st of Every Month
• Unlimited Incentives
• Performance Bonus: ₹3,500/month for the first 6 months
• Performance Bonus: ₹5,000/month from 7th–12th month
• 10% Sales Commission: First 3 months
• 7.5% Sales Commission: 4th–6th month
• 5% Sales Commission: 7th–12th month

  The duty timing for this position is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with 1 weekly off on a roster basis. The responsibilities include meeting customers and demonstrating company products, explaining product features and benefits, handling leads and appointments, building customer relationships, collecting orders, and achieving sales targets. The products include Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, Vacuum Cleaners, Water Softeners, and Pet Grooming Products. Candidates must be minimum SSC pass. Field sales experience is preferred, while freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
