We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can communicate with customers in a warm, confident, and professional manner. The primary focus of this role will be to engage with abandoned-cart customers, understand the reasons behind incomplete purchases, address their concerns, and gather feedback to improve both customer experience and sales conversion.

1. Call and engage with abandoned-cart customers to understand reasons for incomplete purchases
2. Address customer concerns, objections, and queries to improve conversion rates
3. Provide accurate product and offer-related information to assist customers in decision-making
4. Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized customer experience in every interaction
5. Capture and document customer feedback and insights for internal teams
6. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems with relevant information
7. Follow up with interested customers to encourage purchase completion
8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights on customer behavior and trends
9. Meet daily call targets and performance metrics such as conversion and customer satisfaction
