    Role Description

    We are looking for a full-time Content Head to join our on-site team in Gurugram. The Content Head will lead the planning and execution of the company's content strategy while ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals. This role requires a combination of creativity, leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational skills to drive the success of content initiatives across multiple brands and formats.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Define a unified content strategy across MoreTasks brands, including pharmaceutical, wellness, and faith-tech businesses.
    2. Lead the transition from text-first content to a multi-format content ecosystem, including short-form videos, long-form videos, podcasts, audio, and visually driven content.
    3. Align content strategy closely with SEO, product, and brand objectives across all business verticals.
    4. Develop format-specific playbooks covering tone, structure, and quality standards for each content type.
    5. Manage the entire content team across pharmaceutical and wellness brands.
    6. Identify team strengths and skill gaps while creating development plans to expand capabilities across formats.
    7. Hire and onboard new content talent as the team grows.
    8. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, creativity, and high-quality execution.
    9. Lead the strategy and execution of short-form video content for Reels and YouTube Shorts.
    10. Drive long-form video production for YouTube and other digital platforms.
    11. Launch and manage podcast and audio content initiatives where relevant.
    12. Collaborate with the design team to enhance visual and design-led content output.
    13. Define key performance metrics for each content format and brand.
    14. Set up reporting systems to monitor and evaluate content performance across formats and verticals.
    15. Use analytics and performance data to optimise content strategies and scale successful initiatives.
    16. Conduct regular content reviews and share insights with leadership teams.
