Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound/Inbound calls: Making calls to prospective leads and receiving calls from existing customers. 2. Sales & promotion: Explaining service features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and achieve targets. 3. Customer support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and grievances effectively. 4. Data management: Updating customer details and call outcomes in the company database or CRM system. 5. Following scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to communicate company offers effectively.
Requirements & skills:
1. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, polite tone. 2. Computer skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing. 3. Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and handle objections. 4. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is usually preferred. Freshers are also welcome. 5. Education: Generally, a high school diploma or equivalent, with degree holders sometimes considered.
