Job description :

• Deliver induction training for all new joiners, conduct training assessment and collect post training feedback from participants.
• Conduct Disha training for the new joiners as and when required.
• Schedule and conduct on job training with the help of Mentor.
• Monitor OJT performance on daily basis and handhold them whenever any support required
• Conduct OJT assessment after OJT period completion and Certify them as per assessment result and recertification after one year
• Prepare & schedule  multiskilling plan, conduct training and certify in different skills as per versatility target.
• Takes care of inter & intra versatility target achievement for the plant.
• Perform daily gemba audit as per cell trainer's checklist and raise observations w.r.t safety, quality, 5S & behaviour of associates in DISS
• Name addition or deletion in LDS, providing LDS login access, Scheduling Training in LDS & etc.
• Schedule monthly training calendar and Ensure learning hours target is achieved as per target.
• Update training hours in MLL for offline trainings.
• Maintain training records like OJT performance tracking form, butterfly card, training attendance, Post training evaluation & feedback for audit.
• Perform Training Need Analysis for WMS and taking preventive measures.
• Ensure readiness from training perspective for any audits like SPS, QMS & Customer audits.
• Prepare monthly training report for MIS.

• Establish and monitor induction plan for new joinees.

• Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
• Handles training sessions according to the defined standards.
• Derive action plans for KPI improvements and share with methods engineers.
• Able to prepare the contents for ease of understanding of audience.
• Animate training centres/training resources to deliver all natures of vocational training led by Short Interval Management (SIM) & escalate issues where necessary.
• Coordinate the activity of the learning corner, works closely with HR, methods team and local Learning Solutions teams, to align the approach escalate issues and agree on priorities.
