Job Summary: We are seeking qualified psychologists to provide career counselling services in schools through Brainwonders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for supporting students in their academic and career journeys. In addition to working with students, the role requires regular interaction with parents, school administrators, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to student career development.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schools. 
• Speak to the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purposes. 
• Conduct 1-on-1 pre and post-counselling sessions with parents to discuss their child's progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonders services. 
• Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational institutions. 
• Be well-versed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to students and parents. 
• Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students academic and personal growth
• Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance
• Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages
• Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred
