Job Description :
Job Setting and operating of VTL machines like Yu-shine, Hyundai,Taiton,Bullard CNC
Knowledge of VTL machines programming.
Fully Conversant with Siemens and Fanuc Programming structure and Nomenclature
Knowledge of larger size component machining.
Knowledge of steel & cast iron machining parameters
Operating knowledge of machining processes & Drawing study
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier caliper, dial indicators, Dial bore gauge & stick micrometer.
Implementation of 5S in shop floor
Knowledge of VTL machines programming.
